Is everyone automatically a saint if they make it to heaven and if so, do we pray to them like we do St Jude or St Francis?

Thanks for answering!

Anyone in heaven is considered a saint. Those who are declared saints are those the Church holds up to the faithful as definitely being in heaven. The saints of heaven who do not have their own feast day on the Church’s liturgical calendar are celebrated on All Saints Day. All in heaven pray and intercede for us on earth. Catholics may seek the intercession of anyone they believe to be in heaven.
