I do not know. If you fail to repent of either of these you go to Hell.
However, with murder you may deprive someone else the chance of of fully repenting. Yet with Blasphemy, you may convince other not to repent. Not sure witch one will do more harm to the souls of others. :shrug:
There is no point in differentiating between them because they are both mortal sin. Even though mortal sins can vary in gravity you nevertheless are still in a state of mortal sin and if you die unrepentent in that state you go to Hell no matter what mortal sin you have committed.
Well if it is against the Holy spirit that is the worst sin because it can not be forgiven.
CCC 1864 “Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven.” There are no limits to the mercy of God, but anyone who deliberately refuses to accept his mercy by repenting, rejects the forgiveness of his sins and the salvation offered by the Holy Spirit. Such hardness of heart can lead to final impenitence and eternal loss.
Interestingly enough that is only a theory of what blasphemy against the Holy Spirit means, even the church is not sure. I think its a good theory though. Yet it scares me, cause you never now for sure with a theory. I may have already done it, and just dont know which means everything I do is for not.
CCC 1864 is not a theory. It is a Church teaching.
No it isnt, Im serious do a little more research on it. Three views exsist on what it canmean none have been declared false by any council or pope. For a quick run down just go to the summa. He give three views, one from the ECF, one from Augistine, and “others” all can be accebtable, we really are not sure.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church, which I approved 25 June last and the publication of which I today order by virtue of my Apostolic Authority, is a statement of the Church’s faith and of catholic doctrine, attested to or illumined by Sacred Scripture, the Apostolic Tradition and the Church’s Magisterium. I declare it to be a sure norm for teaching the faith and thus a valid and legitimate instrument for ecclesial communion. May it serve the renewal to which the Holy Spirit ceaselessly calls the Church of God, the Body of Christ, on her pilgrimage to the undiminished light of the Kingdom!
The approval and publication of the Catechism of the Catholic Church represent a service which the Successor of Peter wishes to offer to the Holy Catholic Church, to all the particular Churches in peace and communion with the Apostolic See: the service, that is, of supporting and confirming the faith of all the Lord Jesus’ disciples (cf. Lk 22:32 as well as of strengthening the bonds of unity in the same apostolic faith. Therefore, I ask all the Church’s Pastors and the Christian faithful to receive this catechism in a spirit of communion and to use it assiduously in fulfilling their mission of proclaiming the faith and calling people to the Gospel life. This catechism is given to them that it may be a sure and authentic reference text for teaching catholic doctrine and particularly for preparing local catechisms.
