Is self annihilation possible?

I’ll get straight to the point because I can’t articulate these thoughts coherently enough to make a meaningful text.

If at the end of my life, I decide to reject God with my free will and send myself to hell, could I also use my free will to reject my own existence and kill myself again just to escape suffering in hell?

Another way of phrasing it: since God gifted me my existence with the intention of allowing me to join Him, do I have the right to reject it by specifically asking that I never had been born? If my hell-free existence came with the price of, say, never using contraception, I never would have agreed to be born.
