Is SSPX considered a valid Mass?

I was looking for a Latin mass in my home city, Louisville, KY, and came accross one pffered in a Society of Saint Pius X Church. With all the hubbub going on about the lifting of some of the excommunications by the Holy Father, I Was wondering if this would be considered a valid mass. Any thoughts?
