Is surrogacy against church teachings?

I am a bit confused on the topic of surrogacy… Im not sure if its the same as “test tube” babies or if its ok since its actually the mother and father who cant conceive giving their sperm and egg to someone who can… Could someone clear this up for me and tell me the church’s view on this topic?
Thank you!
