Is there a Catholic anti-defamation league?

I know there is a Jewish Defamation League, but wondering if there is a Catholic one that you know of? The reason I ask, is that as I am sure anyone on Facebook can attest, a high percentage of people are RABID anti-Catholics, who can only resort to telling lies in order to get their lapdogs to follow them, and never bother to look up the truth. For instance, today a Minister acquaintance of mine (he studied at Liberty University of course) made a false contradictory post about Purgatory and I would like to report it as hate speech or defamation: Here it is: "The Great Delusion ~

There is no greater delusion than the common idea that it is possible to live wickedly, and yet rise again gloriously–to be without Christ in this world, and yet to be a saint in the next. I fear the false doctrine of the Roman Catholic purgatory has many secret friends even within the confines of the true Church today! However carelessly men may go on while they live, they …secretly cling to the hope that they will be found among the saints when they die. They seem to embrace the idea that there is some cleansing, purifying effect produced by death, and that, whatever they may be in this life, they will be found “suitable for the inheritance of the saints” in the life to come. But it is all delusion. ~ J. C. Ryle"

A similar Catholic organization would be the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights.

From their website:

**What is the Catholic League?
**
The Catholic League is the nation’s largest Catholic civil rights organization. Founded in 1973 by the late Father Virgil C. Blum, S.J., the Catholic League defends the right of Catholics – lay and clergy alike – to participate in American public life without defamation or discrimination.

Motivated by the letter and the spirit of the First Amendment, the Catholic League works to safeguard both the religious freedom rights and the free speech rights of Catholics whenever and wherever they are threatened.

The Catholic League is listed in the Official Catholic Directory and has won the plaudits of many bishops.
