Isaiah 30: 24 and Creation's 7 Days

Isaiah 30: 26 Moreover the light of the moon shall be as the light of the sun, and the light of the sun shall be sevenfold, as the light of seven days, in the day that the LORD bindeth up the breach of his people, and healeth the stroke of their wound.

Are Genesis’s 7 days closely connected to Isaiah 30: 26?

Not directly, no. The number seven signals perfection, completion. So the light of seven days is a very full light, indeed!

Of course, the days of creation were “completed” (seven-ed). But It doesn’t seem to me that Isaiah directly drawing on Genesis.

Any help?
