The case was heard and is decided. Those votes will not be added that were set aside provisionally, so the current count will stand.

I think this all people should expect.

Correct. Each case should be heard and decided. Then we’ll know the count, the states can certify, and the EC can choose a President elect.

And now it can be said without question, assuming there are no other court filings. If not, thank you, Mr. President for insisting on a fair system we can have confidence in.

I am sure this is one of many lawsuits so lets hope they all progress.

There are more cases to be decided.
