By Peter J. Smith August 8, 2008, SACRAMENTO (LifeSiteNews.com) - California public schools soon will be planning “gay day” celebrations every May 22 unless Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoes the legislation. Thursday the California Assembly approved AB 2567, which designates May 22…

Sure. Why not? Its perfectly fitting…

Even the whacko pinkist commie thinks this is going too far! :stuck_out_tongue:

This is what happens when your swallow the sodomist lie of tolerance and live and let live( which they themselves never follow, just look at what happened in new mexico)

These homocratic programs will only get worse and worse.

All Christians should pull out of the public school system, and demand the abolition of it.

And the Sodom and Gomorrah slide of California continues. :frowning:

Can we expel California from the U.S.? With all respect to faithful Catholics and Protestants, of course, being rescued from that state.

I say give California back to Mexico and then immediately deport Pelosi, Boxer, and Feinstein

I second that motion.

Thirded.

Coming to a school near you. :frowning:

Maybe we should get a gigantic saw, and saw off Calif. from the rest of the country, and let it float to sea. I would miss the Calif. wine, but that’s about it. We have fine wines right here in Ohio and Mich.

Not that fine.

LOL.

Don’t worry davy39, in about a gazillion years worth of techtonic activity California will wind up around where Alaska is.

Hey, not everything is bad in California. This forum is comming to your from San Diego!

 Most people don’t realize that most of the liberal population that supports this type of legislation is contained in 2-3 small geographic areas and that the rest of California is generally conservative. But, liberals have been able to get enough control the the legislature that they can draw the electoral districts in such a way that liberals always have control of the legislature.

We just need to significantly enlarge 2-3 of California’s bays, making sure not to wipe out Catholic Answers, to make California a nice conservative state. :rotfl:

This is another good reason to abolish totally the public school system, the public school system has become and indoctrination center for the sodomites and the homocrats.

the govt of california is using the taxpayers money to promote anti-Christian garbage on filth among the children, the officials responsible for this should be impeached and banned from holding public office.

Eh, no. The government of the United States is designed to be free from any defined religious influence. Personally, I do not want to live in a theocracy.

No way - the wall is a one way wall. Government is not to influence religion, but religion should influence government.

You have bought this hook line and sinker.

You have bought this hook line and sinker.

Yes, I have. Religion should stay out of government just as government should, for the most part, stay out of religion.

The way you wrote that is completely false. It is not the way the United States was “designed.” The founders did not want a state religion (e.g. the Church of England), so they did include the establishment clause. Perhaps, that is what you meant? They did not want a church dictating terms to the government. There is no indication anywhere, however, that there would be no “influence” from religion. There is a distinct difference. Religious views are what helped form our country and our laws. All of our founder’s viewpoints were influenced by their religious views. That is why they always had some difficulty with the quakers in even delcaring war during the Revolution.

So, while it has never been a “theocracy,” the US has always been a predominantly Christian nation and the government has reflected that.
