For @Minks’ intention concerning James Daily, that he’d soon be given justice and vindication, granted pardon by the relevant authorities, acquitted from all the crimes he has been falsely accused of, and that his execution will permanently be reversed. Lord GOD, we humbly beg for your immediate intervention. Graciously hear our plea:

The First Luminous Mystery – The Wedding in Cana

For my husband and for all intentions in this thread.

Our Father, who art in heaven hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Dear @aroosi, you’re very welcome! :tulip::tulip:

Rest assured, I’ll continue to pray for the big success of your husband’s final interview next week, and him getting the coveted position he applied for.

For now, I pray that the Holy Spirit will replace all his stress, anxieties and fears with comfort, joy and peace that only GOD can give. Most importantly and above all, that he’d be granted faith, courage and wisdom to overcome his emotion in dealing with his current situation while waiting for this prayer to be answered.

Heavenly Father, graciously hear this prayer of mine. Amen! :pray::innocent::pray:

IFirst Luminous Mystery – The Wedding in Cana*

6th Hail Mary

*we*dding-cana

The Significance of the Wedding at Cana

John is careful to note that Jesus’ first miracle (at Cana) is done in response to Mary’s intercession ( John 2:1–11). Mary, the icon of the bride and the counterpoint to Jesus the groom, is exactly the importunate supplicant Jesus tells us he is looking for in the Parable of the Unjust Judge (Luke 18:1–8). She doesn’t take “no” for an answer, but first taps Jesus on the shoulder and says, “They have no wine” and, after a seeming rebuff, goes with perfect trust to the servants and tells them, “Do whatever he tells you.”

**-ALSO-

The wedding at Cana is the place where our Lord first reveals His glory; where His “hour,” the hour of His passion and cross, in a sense begins; where His disciples first believe in Him; where His Mother is shown as the perfect intercessor. It holds not only inexhaustible lessons for our spiritual life, as does any page of the Gospels, but archetypal ones that have no exact parallel elsewhere. It is, one might say, a “staple Gospel” or “super Gospel” that should never be too far away from our minds and hearts.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.
