Long time reader, first time poster

Hello all.
I have been reading these boards since 2010. Never had the urge to post until tonight. These boards have been a great resource when my husband and I converted.
Tonight I am posting because I need your prayers.
My husband’s cousin was killed this morning in a car accident. He was only 27. My husband used to babysit him when he was a kid and my husband was a teenager. His parents are my kids’ godparents.
Please pray to our mother to tell her son to have mercy on him.

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen…

Eternal Father I offer you the blood of your divine son, Jesus. In union with all the Masses said through out the world today. For all the Holy Souls in Pergatory. For sinners every where. For sinners within the Church, within my family, and within my home. Especially for the soul of this cousin we pray. Please release him from purgatory into your Heavenly reward.

Lord, please welcome this child into your loving embrace, and grant him the peace and bliss that is eternity in your presence.

May the souls of the faithfully departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

May the Good Lord have mercy on his soul
and bring him into his heavenly kingdom
we ask this
in the name of the Father
and of the Son
and of the Holy Spirit

I am sorry that your first post had to be such sadness.

Please Lord, welcome this man into the light of Your eternal presence. Help his family and friends to find comfort in good memories of their loved one, and to trust in You always.

Hail Mary full of grace
the Lord is with thee
Blessed art though amongst women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb

Holy Mary Mother of God
Pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of out death.

***Hail Mary,
full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection,
implored your help or sought your intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence,
I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother;
to you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful.

O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in your mercy hear and answer me.

You all are in my thoughts and prayers.
