Looking for Literature to start a Prayer Group

Title says it all…A group is starting a prayer group and we are looking for suggestions on literature to get us started. I believe we will try to focus on Bible study. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The Imitation of Christ
The Imitation of Mary
The Diary of St. Faustina
The Story of a Soul by St. Therese of Lisieux (The Little Flower)

My parish used the “Little Rock” Bible Study series with pretty good sucess. The groups met weekly for a video presentation and group discussion. It was my husband’s first expirence with that kind of thing and he found it positive. You also might want to look into lectio divina; it’a monastic way of praying with the bible.

Try www.presentationministries.com and search through their brochures for “How to teach the bible in the power of the Holy Spirit.” it is some very useful stuff!
