Marriage between an unmarried Catholic and a divorced Methodist?

What is the church law, or Canon Law, with regard to the case of a single unmarried Catholic wanting to marry a divorced Methodist, in the Catholic Church? What is the church’s stand on this?

If the divorced Methodist’s spouse is still living then he or she would need an annulment for that marriage.

If the Methodist is determined to be free to marry then the Catholic-Methodist wedding would proceed under the conditions of a Mixed Marriage.
