Marriage outside the confines of The Church

Do I need an annulment since I was married to a non-christian and later, unfortunately, divorced civily?

Anytime vows have been exchanged, it is assumed a valid marriage has taken place. A marriage tribunal will have to review your case. Please speak to your priest or, if that is not possible, contact the marriage tribunal in your diocese directly.
