Marriage - Unique for a Reason - AN INITIATIVE OF THE UNITED STATES CONFERENCE OF CATHOLIC BISHOPS

What is marriage? Are a man and a woman really essential to marriage? What about the child … and the role of mothers and fathers? Is it discriminatory to defend marriage as the union of one man and one woman? What impact does the redefinition of marriage have on religious liberty?

This is great thanks for sharing, this is very needed in today’s culture especially right now the gay marriage debate just caught fire with obama saying that he is for gay marriage. This message needs to go out through all the earth, as the scriptures, because society itself is at risk.

Wow, that’s a cool website!

Can we ask the moderators to place a link to the website in a prominent place (maybe as a sticky on top of the subforum)? This looks like an essential resource for getting essential teachings on marriage and explaining why we must oppose “gay marriage”.

Thank you so very much for alerting us to this!

I have a feeling that I will be visiting that site often

This link has been added to the thread Church Teaching on Same Sex Issues, which is a sticky at the top of the forum.
