I have a question, I want to know what the curch officially said about the marriage between a Catholic and a Protestant and if the protestant is divorce???

Well since now thank you very much.

oh!! by the way, if you know some link where I can find information about it!!

The Protestant must first have their Marriage investigated by the Tribunal and it determined if it was or was not a valid Marriage. Commonly called the Annulment process. Before a Catholic could consider entering into Marriage with a previously Married person.

So is exactly the same that with a Catholic???

Yes, any person with a prior Marriage cannot attempt another Marriage until or unless the first is found to be invalid.

Unless one is a widow or a widower. Grass widows and grass widowers need an annullment.

Yes, once a spouse dies there is no prior bond of Marriage.
