May a priest urge gay sacramental marriage?

Should a Catholic priest be able to teach at a Catholic university that gay marriage should be a sacrament?

Catholic priests have the obligation to teach what the Catholic Church teaches. They do not have the right to teach that which is contrary to what the Church teaches. The Catholic Church teaches that the sacrament of Matrimony is only possible between a man and a woman by God’s design!
