The best I can find for the second reading, in the recommended readings, is Revelation 14:13
And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this: Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord henceforth.” “Blessed indeed,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow them!”
I don’t think you are limited to the recommended readings if you have one that is especially meaningful to you, but that would require approval by the celebrant. I can’t come up with one at the moment.
While the priest will read the Gospel, most are open to suggestions. Matthew 5:1-12 the Beatitudes seems good. Matthew 25:31-46, the Last Judgment, is also good.
