Mother In Hospice

My wife and I placed my Mother in hospice care yesterday. She is terminal lung cancer. She has received the Sacrament of the Sick. She has dementia so is not lucid about half of the time.

We have prayed the Chaplet of DIvine Mercy over her. SHe knows about Jesus’ DIvine Mercy.

Please pray that my Mother responds to Jesus and answers yes when she hears his call.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.

Hail Mary full of Grace
The Lord is with Thee
Blessed art thou amongst women and
Blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus
Holy Mary Mother of God
Pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death

I am praying.
May He, who in His Divine Mercy allowed her to become like a little child again, hold her hand and lead her joyfully and peacefully to Heaven when her time to go comes.

Eddie, that’s a painful thing to have to do. And painful to see your mother so ill.
I’m sure that Jesus looks upon her childlike heart with great compassion. May He perfect her spirit though her frail mind and body is unable to fully respond.
Jesus please embrace her eternally.
Jesus please comfort and bless her family.
Thank You, Jesus

I will pray that your Mom passes peacefully from this life, and joyfully into the next.

Loving God,
rock of strength for those who trust in You;
comforter of those who call on you.
Hear the cry of those who suffer
from constant sickness or weakness,
and embrace them in your loving arms.
As you have united them to the suffering of Christ
in the waters of baptism,
be their companion on the way of the cross,
give them peace,
and strengthen them with the vision of your kingdom.

We make this prayer through Jesus Christ our Lord.

LORD Jesus
Heal ur Daughter

I thank everyone with all of my heart.

I will pray the chaplet to the Divine Mercy for her as well.

May St. Joseph, patron saint of a happy death, intercede for your mother.

Amen. May your mother find comfort in these her last days.
