I’m bored so just asking. What type of music do you guys like. For me its mainly rock. (Ex. Pink Floyd, Rolling Stones, Bad Company, Styx.) And metal (Ex. Iron Maiden, Helloween, Metallica, and Anthrax.) I listen to a lot of 80s tunes as well .
Moody Blues, Moody Blues, Moody Blues.
The Moody Blues ALWAYS.
Yesssss! Moody Blues is amazing.
indie folk/bluegrass (Gregory Alan Isakov, First Aid Kit, Lord Huron, Fleet Foxes, Blitzen Trapper, etc) indie rock (Modest Mouse, The Shins, The Strokes, Band of Horses) and occasionally indie pop.
Mainly metal. My favorite bands are Dragonforce, Sabaton and Wintersun. I like rock occasionally as well, like Three Days Grace and Red.
I’m still stuck in the jazz era. Duke Ellington, Benny Goodman, Gerry Mulligan, Thelonious Monk …
I like most music. In order of preference
Classical (any Russian composer, Beethoven, everything else)
Jazz (every form)
Rap (sometimes I can gag that down, so long as the lyrics are sane.)
Pink Floyd, The Doors, Iron Maiden Kilswitch engage, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, tool, bullet for my valentine, Him and bands of similar vibe. I do enjoy listening to classical music too.

Country, pop, some instrumental/classical, a capella, and of course Gregorian chant.
I’m big into country. It’s basically the only type of music I listen to on a regular basis. I also like some alternative from the 90’s.
funky hiphop jazz,
Classical music sometimes
80’s old school rock
I like music in the 80’s and early 90’s in general.
I don’t really like new music.
You took the words right out of my mouth.
But since the internet throw a dash of dance/dj/techno type in and very large dose of symphonic metal (nightwish, within temptation etc).
I grew up in the seventies so naturally I like classic rock and prog rock. My very first rock concert was 1973. Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon tour. Tickets were 6.50 lol
Anyhow I’m into quite a bit of stuff nowadays. I’m a musician and songwriter and in that regard I lean toward Americana/alt-country.
Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit might interest those into Country.
I saw them in concert back in '93.
