My husband just got laid off

#1

Please pray for us. My husband was laid off from his former job about 7 months ago. He took this job with a big pay cut just so we could have good health insurance. Now he was laid off from this job. We’re in Michigan and there just isn’t any work here. I haven’t been working because I’m recovering from surgery and we were just barely getting by with him working. Its pretty scary for us right now.

Holding you all in my prayers.

Lord,
Hear the prayers of these your followers. That they may find employment, good health, and a means of survival, and to prosper in all the ways You wish for them to. Allow this family the ability to overcome their hardships and begin a better life in the near future. In this we pray to You Lord,
Amen

Our Father who art in Heaven,
hallowed be Thy name,
Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done,
on eart as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
Lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from every evil
Amen

Thank you all! I’m trying to remain calm and positive (not always easy). My poor hubby is having a terrible time with this.

So sorry to hear this. I will pray for you and all who are experiencing job loss.

Those who triggered this depression through their greed, it’s like they started a war with innumerable innocent victims. Our God please please flood into those who have great wealth to make to difference in the economy, the compassion and generosity to genuinely and sacrificially labour to do so, in order that families like Rayne’s are guaranteed their jobs and secure futures.
