Roast pot roast with roasted potatoes, carrots, onions, and celery with green beans and a salad. Cold bottle water to drink.
Cold beef Silverside,with vegetables.And yogurt.
A croissant with real butter, and coffee.
Leftover chicken from Publix. Enjoying the food now because I’m going to have to start my low cholesterol diet. And I’m not looking forward to that. (I already do and don’t do the things they suggest. So where’s the high cholesterol coming from?)
