LOS ANGELES (AP) — Nancy Reagan has been hospitalized with a fractured pelvis and sacrum after a fall at her Bel-Air home, her spokeswoman said Wednesday.
The 87-year-old former first lady fell last week, but she decided Monday to get checked out at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center because of persistent pain, Joanne Drake said.
For those of you who have dealt with an elderly parent, you know how serious this can be.
I was never a political fan of the late president, but this lady has always conducted herself with class and dignity. I pray all goes well for her.
