New study shows parental involvement laws effectively reduce abortion rate among minors (CNA)

Washington DC, Sep 19, 2008 / 02:07 am (CNA).- The Family Research Council (FRC) on Thursday released a study on the effectiveness of different parental involvement laws in reducing abortions among minors.
