This particular launch vehicle is totally unsuitable for its proposed purpose based on the data available about it. However, as a short-range missile, it poses an unacceptable threat to neighboring countries. That is, if it doesn’t explode shortly after launch like its predecessor.

the leader of North Korea is always trying to do something controversial to get attention! where does their money come from to do things like this? does China help them?
