Obamacare to Look Past Unpaid Premiums to Avoid Lapses

Can you give an example of conservatives calling someone in their own ranks out to accept responsibility?

When my former congressman, Mark Souder, ® 4th-Indiana, was caught having an affair with a staff member, he resigned immediately. No one had to ask him to resign.

You might want to contrast that with the case of Anthony Weiner, (D) 9th-New York, whose recent comeback attempt was thwarted by the voters.

The difference may be that one party believes in the importance of marriage in society and the other does not.

Anthony Weiner resigned as a congressman as well. Elliott Spitzer resigned as governor of New York, so this is not something that is unique to republicans.

Anthony Weiner lost in a primary, so clearly the liberals did not circle the wagons in this case.

The difference may be that one party believes in the importance of marriage in society and the other does not.

Both parties have plenty of people who set bad examples.

Weiner and Spitzer only resigned after a public outcry and calls for criminal prosecution. Interstate prostitution (Spitzer) is a federal crime, adultery is not.

Since both parties are 100% composed of sinners, of course there has been bad behavior in both parties. Only the Democrat party publicly supports intrinsic evil and calls it good.

Their standard is you can do it as long as you vote YEA for it in legislation.

And how are they different from democrats?

How predictable. A comment about how everyone is bad and corrupt.

If Nixon’s dishonesty in the 1970s was causing millions to lose their health insurance, you may have made a good point.

Besides, only one guy claimed to be a transformative, TRANSPARENT, healing President. Instead, we got a man who has been labeled a liar by pretty much every major publication and supporter he had.

But hey, all Presidents do bad stuff.

Agreed, but the employees are still receiving their paychecks, right? Because if the employees were not being paid, that would violate state and federal labor laws. I just want to get that straight.

#30

So how I wonder do they get around the state regulators on this one. Plan for hefty premium increases next year to replenish the reserve requirements for insurance companies?

Check this out.
