Pakistan's parliament outlaws lynching, forced conversion [CC]

The Pakistani parliament has passed a law outlawing lynching and forced conversions.

Have they also outlawed honor killings, genital mutilation, amputation of hands for theft, child marriage, jihad, the special tax for those who are not Muslim, the killing of homosexuals and a whole series of other barbaric practices proscribed by their religion? Never mind, probably not! Is this the same country where all 115 suspects were all found innocent of burning down Christian’s homes supposedly because a man had blasphemed the prophet Mohammad? Ah yes, the religion of peace. I suppose it is a step forward, but will the new law be enforced?
