Patron saint of snoring? I need him/her :/

Snored so bad I kept up my husband last night. I don’t think my inhalers are helping with asthma and I even took my bronchial dilator. :o Prayers for my snoring to stop would be really appreciated! Thanks a bunch!

Kat

Remembering you in my daily prayers. God bless!

Could you speak to a doctor and see if you have another condition, like sleep apnea, ask what remedies they have. I understand there are some, now.

Good luck!

I just said a prayer for your intention. God bless you.

In the meantime, with either sleep apnea OR snoring, try turning on your side.

Thanks everyone! I have asthma so I think it makes it worse plus the flu I’ve got. I’ll try sleeping on my side more! Thanks! I’m going to the doc next month so I’ll bug them then :).

Kat

I snore too so I understand your problem. I will pray for you to find a solution and be free from snoring.

Since we are not allowed to give medical advice, I would pray to St. Blaise, a wonderful physician. God bless you, Will pray. I know it’s difficult.

Check to see if you have sleep apnea, as well.

To me, snoring falls into a medical category rather than a religious one.

Prayers only, so this doesn’t get shut down.

I am praying for you. I read that the Archangel Raphael is a good one to ask for sweet sleep (Sept 29), St Elijah for sleep, (feast day July 20) as well as St. Dymphna (May 15) for any nervous disorders, but I couldn’t find a saint just for snoring.

Good luck and God bless you!

Praying that you will find relief from the flu, the asthma and the snoring. All are unpleasant.

St. Bernadette is the patron saint for asthma and other breathing difficulties, so you can try praying with her for relief from snoring. Praying for you!

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

[INDENT][INDENT]Prayer for Sleep

Lord Jesus Christ, Kat desperately needs to stop snoring so that she doesn’t keep her husband awake. Enable her to get a good night’s sleep, or at least to spend her time in prayer with You. Thank You, Lord. Amen.
