Paul The Pastor (some important reflections on)

#1

This reflection on St. Paul as pastor has really important, I think, input for consideration into our own journey and our relationship with The Church and each other - not as command but as pastoral and spiritual guidance, input - I found it well worth reading.

They say truthfully, that “The Shepherd goeth ahead of the Sheep.” How perfectly timed was your link tonight, Barb, and I gave you thanks (and the Spirit, too) publicly as I posted an excerpt from it. I just happened to lay eyes on your thread moments after posting something that was very much from the Lord, I believe.

Thank you, my friend!

Oops, I think my words are mixed up.

I just happened to lay eyes on your thread moments after posting something that was very much from the Lord, I believe.

What I meant to say was:

I just happened to lay eyes on your thread moments after posting something, and that [the link in your post] was very much from the Lord [in confirmation of what I posted earlier in the thread,] I believe.

Hi Carole…you are ‘talking to’ someone who is pretty much an expert at getting things wrong way round and all variations of:thumbsup: .
Good to see you out and about and on the Board again:thumbsup: …I was, of course, probably missing your posts and accessing the ‘wrong threads’

Regards and God’s many blessings…Barb:)
