Your intentions will be in my prayers.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence, submit ourselves to Your Holy Will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Amen

You are not alone in your problems. There are many (many!) people who share in your burden. Just remember, there is no sin so great that God will not forgive when a contrite heart asks for forgiveness in the sacrament of confession. Be brave and faithful.

I’m praying for you.

Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary Mother of God pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen

Praying.

You may want to give this a try. hypnosisdirect.com/healthy-eating-motivation.htm?10546!hypnorguk

If you are worried about what it will do, listen to it while alert and critical. Then you can judge for yourself if you want it in your subconsious. I only mention this because it helped me.

Oh, and combine this with getting rid of the usual sources of temptation, be it the internet, the TV, or any other source.

God bless,
Ut

Sancte,
try to get involved with a group at your parish - like a young adult group, or a study group, etc. You will find that a lot of the loneliness that drives you to this sin will begin to disappear if you give it time. The more you interact with people of faith, the more you will strengthen yourself against temptation and bad old habits. You are in my prayers!

Dearest Blessed Mother, wrap your loving mantle around sancte joseph and present him to your Divine Son. Please obtain from Him for sancte joseph the gift of perfect purity. May God’s holy will be done! Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of death. Amen.

Dear Mary, Mother of Jesus and Mother of the Church, I pray that you will intercede on behalf of sancte joseph as he wrestles with this addiction. Obtain from your loving and merciful Son the gifts of chastity, patience, and perseverance to never give up in his fight against the temptations of Satan. May you, Blessed Virgin Mary, remain always as his model of holy purity.

I pray that St. Michael, the Archangel appointed as General of the Heavenly armies, will protect him and give him the courage to resist Satan’s beckoning to give in to sin. May he, by the power of God, rebuke the Father of Sin and Prince of Darkness, and cast him and his minions into the pit of Hell. I pray St. Michael, the legions of Heavenly hosts, the Communion of Saints, and sancte joseph’s guardian angel will surround him, for the powers of Satan cannot stand against holiness.

I pray that sancte joseph will go to confession with sincerity and contrition of heart, and that he will receive grace to remain firm against the occasions which might lead him to sin. All these things I ask and pray in the Name and Blood of Jesus, our Savior, who lives and reigns with the Father and Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

Please remember me in your prayers, as I am praying for you and everyone who has struggled with the same addiction. :gopray:
