Please Pray Anxiety Attacks Have Returned!

Today out of nowhere a really bad anxiety attack has affected me. It was probabbly triggered by my DH not feeling too well this morning. The fact that my family has abandoned me, for how I choose to serve the Lord, sometimes creates a high level of anxiety of feeling alone and unsupported in times of need. I do trust in my Good Lord, I know that He is always there for us, I just have to grow in faith and in perfect love. I do have my meds, I took one, after weeks of being almost off of them. I appreciate your prayers, for I am already a witness of how powerful prayer is. Thank you all

Prayers promised

LORD Jesus
Heal ur Daughter.

***May I suggest keeping a BLESSING JOURNAL? ***
I personally do.
Each day write down the blessings you have received.
That helps to stay positive and grateful and aware of the Lord’s actions in your life.
Your two statements above could be a starting point.

Many times I find if I am NOT focused on the PRESENT, fear will rise in my heart.
The past is gone and the future has not yet come.
God gives sufficient grace for the DAY AT HAND.

You and your husband will be in my prayers for your strength and peace.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence, submit ourselves to Your Holy Will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Amen

God bless you +

Thankyou all for your prayers, I do appreciate them.

Gail thankyou for reminding me to journal…It actually was what helped me get better in the first place, but being “busy” with other not as important stuff kept me from my everyday thanksgiving journal. It is truly a testament of how the Lord uses our brothers and sisters to help us get back on the right track. God bless you all…

Praying very hard to St. Dymphna for your complete recovery!

From today’s Liturgy of the Hours:

Prayers and Intercessions

Christ is filled with grace and the Holy Spirit. Let us proclaim his greatness and trustfully ask him:

  • Lord, give us your Spirit.

Make our day happy, without disturbance, without sin,
so that when we reach evening we can praise you joyfully with pure hearts.
May your radiance shine on us through the day:
guide the work of our hands.
Watch over us: let us do good in peace
and do what is right, with the strength you give us.
Look kindly on all who have asked for our prayers
and fill them with good things, both in body and in soul.

Our Father, who art in Heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those that trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Lord, be with us in all we plan and help us in all we do,
so that our every action begins from you
and is completed through you.

Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God for ever and ever.

May Christ support us all the day long,
till the shadows lengthen,
and the evening comes,
and the busy world is hushed,
and the fever of life is over
and our work is done.
Then in his mercy
may he give us a safe lodging,
and holy rest and peace at the last.

Galilea I ask Jesus to continue help you to find peace of heart, mind, and soul in all that you do, dear good person that you are

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.

Thank you all for your generosity…

“Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Wounds of our Lord Jesus Christ to heal those of our souls.”
“My Jesus, pardon and mercy, by the merits of Thy Holy Wounds.”

Still praying hard for your peace of mind!
