Please pray for me.

I am a 20 yr old male, i have struggled with impure thoughts, masturbation and pornography for about 5 years now.

I would like to meet a nice girl one day and be the best husband i can be. Pray for me to beat these sins. Im hopeless at overcoming them, the best ive made it so far was about 6 weeks.
But i always fall again.

Praying that the Lord may grant you guidance and perseverance. Also praying that He may strengthen you with all necessary graces to overcome impurity.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen

Hail Mary…

I will pray for you today.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.

Praying for you.

Praying for you.

I failed again today, keep me in your prayers

Byzantium don’t focus on the fall but on getting up again, i.e., it will take time before we can master our body, before our soul can win the battle (but you will win):

"Do not look forward to the changes and chances of this life with fear. Rather, look to them with full confidence that, as they arise, God to whom you belong will in his love enable you to profit by them. He has guided you thus far in life. Do you but hold fast to His dear hand, and He will lead you safely through all trials. Whenever you cannot stand, He will carry you lovingly in his arms.

Do not look forward to what may happen tomorrow. The same Eternal Father who takes care of you today will take care of you tomorrow, and every day of your life. Either He will shield you from suffering or He will give you unfailing strength to bear it.

Be at peace then, and put aside all useless thoughts, all vain dreads and all anxious imaginations."

  • Saint Francis de Sales (1567-1622)

P.S Get a copy of The Imitation of Christ by Thomas a Kempis, it’s going to help you a lot! Here’s a little excerpt:

Keep me free from all sin and I shall never fear neither death nor hell, only do not cast me off forever nor blot my name from the book of life. No matter, what trials befall none shall hurt me.
