Please pray for my daughter and us

My teenage daughter suffers from bi-polar disorder, diagnosed four years ago when she was a freshman in high school. We now have to decide whether to send her to a therapeutic boarding school far from home to finish high school and receive intensive therapy, hoping to get her ready for college. We are all scared and pray for guidance–sending her away will kill me, but I know she needs to go. We don’t know what to do.

Praying hard.

Lord, please grant this family the comforting touch of holy angels, that they might confidently make a decision in accord with the Father’s merciful will. Grant them all many graces for faith, hope, love, and joy, and lead them through the murk of this world toward the light of your love. Touch this daughter with your divine, healing hand and remedy her every affliction physical or spiritual. Grant this family a foretaste of the heavenly garden that their hearts not be discouraged. Have mercy, Lord. Our Lady, angels, and saints, pray with us. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace.
Our Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.:gopray:

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

:gopray:

Praying that the Lord may strengthen you and guide you in your decision. Also praying for healing for your daughter.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Jesus, lover of souls, please send this family an extra helping of strength, faith, peace, hope and love. Help them through this rough time in their lives and let them come through praising You, the Father and the Holy Spirit with their very lives. Amen

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be world without end. Amen.

Of course no one can tell you what to do, but this might be the best chance she has at success under the circumstances. My brother is bi-polar and his life has been very hard.

He just got out of the hospital to adjust his medications. One thing the doctors did tell him this time is that he should stop eating meat from the general grocery store. The reason being all the steroids and antibiotics used in our meat supplies. (USA) They told him to try to stick to all organic fruits and vegetables, avoid all sugary drinks (they promote imflamitory responses in the body) and if he ate meat to stick with wild caught fish, game like deer, elk, buffalo and pheasant, wild turkey.) They explained that this is being done in Europe and it is making a big difference for people with mental health issues.

It may be worth a try. Who knows. I will pray for your daughter and your family. This is a difficult illness and you will need a lot of support. Gods Peace to you.

Amen

Praying for your daughter and your family.

I just said a prayer for you and your daughter. God bless you.

Thank you all for your prayers.

This afternoon I received a call from the former minister of my church. Two years ago he moved to another state. I had not heard from him since. He called out of the blue, said he heard my daughter was having problems, and left his cell phone number for us to call. We had said he was the one person my daughter, outside of our family, would listen to and approach for advice.

Thank you all and thank you God.

There are no coincidences.

I agree with Cricket2.

Praying for you to find the answer you need.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

You are right, “There are no coincidences.” I am glad to hear of this call. I hope you find help because of it.

May God place in your life trusted persons who can assist Him in fulfilling His will for your daughter. May your daughter remain under God’s protection and through therapy learn to manage bi-polar behavior for her emotional health. I will continue to pray daily for her adjustment to any facility/school she may enter and that the Peace of Christ will be with her. God bless.
