Please Pray for my marriage

#1

Please please please, everyone, pray for the healing and restoration of my marriage. I have been with my husband for 13 years, married 4 of them. We have a little boy who will turn one on Sunday. Right now, my husband holds me accountable for all of the faults in our marriage. I accept my responsibility, but it doesn’t matter to him at this point. He claims he is “done”. He doesn’t trust i will improve or do the work necessary to heal our marriage. Please pray that he regains the faith he needs to trust me again. Please pray that we can bring back the love we once had. For the sake of our son, i am willing to do whatever it takes. I need all the prayers i can get. Please please please believe that my marriage can be saved.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.

Amen.

Lord please help Molly in her desperation to convince her husband to give their marriage another chance. Please give him the humility and caring to do what we ask of You. We ask Your forgivemness and welcome Your forgiveness. Please may this husband follow Your example. He blames her for everything but how often is there not blame of some kind in the other. Please give him humility and love.

Molly it’s horrible to be helpless beacuse the other person is making the decision and we have no power in the present time…but when people have had enough, have been in some sense traumatised by a past that is painful to them, sometimes there is really nothing we can do, as they have free will, and God does not force free will.

I pray that somehow God can bring your husband around and give you the chance to change whatever needs to be changed, while knowing that genuine love does not expect all change from the other person and none from themself, nor does it see all fault in the other person and none in oneself.

Lord I ask You for forgiveness to flow into this relationship and for both of them to grow in genuine mutual love.

Please surround them with Your love and light.
Dear Mother, please pray for them
Their angels and patron saints, please pray for them.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent,
but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is love and mercy itself

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death. Amen.

:signofcross:Holy Lord, please heal and restore molly’s marriage. Pour forth Your grace into both her and her husband that they can work everything out. Sanctify them both through the sacrament of marriage, and bring a greater good from their current difficulties. For the sake of them and their son, please save their marriage and their souls. Amen

You’re on the right track, Molly. All you can do is pray and trust God. Even if you separate from your husband for a while keep praying. God bless you.

Saint Rita and Saint Joesph, models of virtue in family life and marriage, we commend Molly and her family to your care. Give them patience with each themselves and each other, and possibly bring a counselor into their lives.

We ask this through Christ our Lord, Amen.
