Please pray for my niece - drastic change

Dear All,

Received a call last night that my niece Debbie is back in ICU. We thought she was doing well but soon after she was moved to rebab, she was re-admitted to the University Hospital. Her sister, who called me is a nurse and told me it was serious, and she should know more today. I’ll keep you posted but please pray for Debbie and our family. Thanks so much.

Remember, O most loving virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intersession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, we fly unto you, O virgin of virgins, our mother. to you we come, before you we stand, sinful and sorrowful. O mother of the Word incarnate, despise not our petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer us.

Prayers for your niece.

Praying for your niece, Debbie.

Thanks so much, Murmurs, Crusaderbear and Christy Beth. We appreciate your prayers, and please keep them coming!

Praying for Debbie’s health & recovery.

Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed. Amen.

Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Prayer for Healing

Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to You.

Allow Your healing hand to heal in this situation.

Touch this soul with Your compassion.

Touch her heart with Your courage and infinite love for all.

Touch her mind with Your wisdom, that she may always proclaim Your praise.

Teach us to reach out to You in need, and help us to lead others to You by example.

Most loving Heart of Jesus, bring health in body and spirit that this woman may serve You with all her strength.

Touch gently this life which You have created, now and forever.

Praying for Debbie.

St. Therese of Avila, pray for us. Amen.

Praying for your niece, Debbie…

*O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendor of Heaven, who brought forth the Son of God still remaining a Virgin, assist us in this necessity. O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power. O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen*

Dear tawny, Raggie, gardenswithkids, TableFor9, catherine m, ClearWater, ChibiViolet, Hawkmaid and detoutcoeur,

Thank you all so very much for your replies and the beautiful prayers you offered. Haven’t heard anything more as yet, but will keep you posted. Please continue to pray. Thanks.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Debbie. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Debbie’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Dear pollylodges,

Thank you so much, for the beautiful prayers. If it be God’s Will I am sure He will cure Debbie with the miracle you are asking. If it is His Will to take her home to Himself then He knows what is best for her and for us, and we will accept His will. As I think I mentioned before in one of my threads asking for prayers, Debbie told me she had placed herself in God’s Hands. I believe she is willing to do whatever He asks of her – to stay and do His Will here on earth, or to do His Will in heaven. Debbie used to pray her Rosary every day before going to work. In the hospital, I wonder if all she can do right now is think of our Mother Mary. Her sister Mary who is a nurse told me Deb is experiencing trouble in breathing.

How grateful I am for Debbie’s faith and I pray that all our family may grow through this trial in faith, hope and above all charity. Again, thank you so very much for your prayers.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Thanks so much, Mayita. Our Lady I’m sure is close to my niece Debbie who prayed her Rosary before going to work each day. Please keep the prayers coming. Debbie had a blood transfusion today and is very weak. I am so grateful for all the prayers being offered for her and for all the family, that through this trail we may all grow in Faith, Hope and above all Charity.
