PLease pray for this hopeful marraige in crisis

My husband and I, I thought, were happily married. Many things have been changing in our lives. I finished school, and he got a permanent govt. job. Now he says that he does not love me anymore and he wants a divorce. He’s been talking to a younger woman though he says that there is no relationship. I know we have problems, but he does not want to talk to anyone else, especially a priest because he wants his decision to be final. I ask for your prayers so that he may give himself the opportunity to love me again. We have a therapy session tomorrow and he agreed to go, though he insists he’s only going so that I can get over the fact that he wants to leave. Please pray that he goes in with an open mind and that he opens his heart to God so that he can lead his way.

Please, please, pray. I am trying to be strong, but I need that power of prayers!!!

Oh most faithful guardian of Jesus and spouse of Mary, you see the anguish of this woman’s heart. She is disturbed and perplexed. Obtain for her the light of the Holy Spirit and all the helps she needs to enable her at all times and in all things to fulfill the will of God. I choose you this day, in the presence of Jesus and Mary, to help her in all of her necessities. Guide her, I entreat you, by the many sorrows which tore your tender heart during the course of your mortal pilgrimage. Amen.

Praying hard for you.

Thank you all for your prayers. We had our therapy session scheduled for today but my husband decided to do overtime at work and now we will have to reschedule. I pray that he wants to go tomorrow. I want to have the opportunity to discuss these things in therapy since he does not seem to want to talk directly to me. I am praying at all hours. I ask God to please make him realize that this marriage is a good marriage and that it can work. I’m pouring my love and my faith in God into it. Please help me continue praying!

I will continue my prayers to St. Joseph, the perfect spouse, that he may intervene and help to open your husbands heart to you and your marriage.

The Memorare
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help or sought thy intercession was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee,
O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
To thee do I come, before thee I kneel, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in thy mercy
hear and answer them. Amen.
