Jesus will You please guide and assist Holly to live in the environment, circumstances, and with the company and relationships that You wish for her best interests.
Thank You, Jesus

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of our death. Amen

Lord God, please help this person to move out of their apartment successfully and find new housing. Relieve them of the anxiety that this move and search for shelter may cause them, Lord, and keep them steadfast in the knowledge that You are always with them - not my will, though, Lord, but Yours be done. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord, I pray. Amen.

Thank you everyone. I applied for an apartment in another town the other day. I am now on their waiting list. I hope an apartment opens up soon. Also, I am trying to figure out how I am going to pay my utilities. I was denied my disability claim again so I don’t expect it to come through any time soon even though we did appeal it each time and we do have a lawyer. I am thinking about possibly going through vocational rehabilitation to get a job that I can handle. They’ll help pay for the training and stuff. It’s just been so long since I’ve worked that I am not sure I can even handle a part time job. Anyway, thanks for the prayers and I will be continuing to look in to things like energy assistance, vocational rehabilitation, and other such things. Thanks again!

Holly, this sounds promising.

I’ll pray for you at my weekend Masses.

Actually it’s very special for me this weekend, because the person whose feastday is it this weekend is a family member. Seeing her photo at the front of the church with white and gold cloth and beautiful flowers made me cry. She’s been appointed the patron of our archdiocese recently, Australia’s first beatified saint, Blessed Mary MacKillop. It’s her feastday, well, it was during the week, but we’re celebrating it this weekend. I was pleading with her to pray for family and those I pray for, so I’ll ask her help for you at Sunday’s Mass.
