Please say a prayer: Eye Surgery

Hi everyone.

My 7 yr old son is set to have eye surgery tomorrow morning.
Please say a prayer that everything works out for the best.
That the good doctors are guided by the Lord.
That my little boy makes it out OK with no complications.

Thanks.

Praying for you son!

Praying…

"The LORD bless you
and keep you;
the LORD make his face shine on you
and be gracious to you;
the LORD turn his face toward you
and give you peace.” Num 6:24-26

Praying for your son.

Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us

Dear Blessed Virgin, pray for us.

Dear Lord, Please take care of our little brother. Please let his surgery be 100% successful. Please let him have a full and speedy recovery. We ask this prayer in Your name. Amen.

Dear heavenly Father, please grant the intentions of your servant, my brother and pour out your gracious love on his precious little boy; stay with them, grant them courage and strength to overcome their fears and inspire them with Your confidence that all will go well.

Guide the minds, eyes, and hands of the medical team who will be caring for him so that he may receive the best possible care. Fill every ounce of his soul and body with Your healing, Your love and Your divine presence.

Lord Jesus, lover of all the little children, wrap this little boy in the protection of your arms and keep him safe through his surgery and his healing. Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy hear and answer me.Amen.

Our Father…
Hail Mary…
Glory Be…
Amen

Holy Mother, please intercede for us.
Hold the sorrowful, strengthen the fearful,
give aid to all needing help or healing,
assist those who are sick, in pain or suffering,
be with those needing peace, console the lonely,
comfort the lost or hopeless, guard the unborn,
pray for those who are dying or who have died,
protect those in danger, guide us from evil,
soften those with hardened hearts,
enlighten those who do not yet see truth,
Help us be brave enough to do the right thing;
may all who keep your sacred commemoration
experience the might of your assistance.
Amen.

Hail Mary,
full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

May your son heal quickly.

Wonderful news Thankyou Lord for hearing and answering our prayers

God bless

The good news is that my son had his eye surgery and was able to come with us the same day! :D:D

That is first and foremost the important thing.

The bad news is that so far the surgery has not been a success.
He still has no vision in his left eye.
We’re going back on Tuesday for our 2nd follow up and God willing, things will be better.

I’ll post again on Tuesday after our next follow up with the doctor.

Thanks again to all!

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession and was left forsaken. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, a sorrowful sinner. Despise not my words, O Mother of the Word, but in your mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen
