As far as “moral organization” I’m not exactly sure what you’re asking. Thinking of the Church in terms of “good/bad organization” sets you up for really bad expectations because people in the Church, even priests and popes, have and will always continue to do bad things, sometimes really really really disgusting things.
Know that Christ Himself cannot be bad and, by extension, neither can the Church Herself. But Catholics can certainly be. I’m not saying we shouldn’t be saddened to see bad things that people do, but we shouldn’t be so freaked out as if we can never imagining XYZ happening or else it’s not “the real Church” or something. Whatever someone does, it does not invalidate the basic realities of What the Church Is or What She Teaches.
