Pray for My Dad - He is missing Mom

#1

Please pray for my Dad. He is missing my Mom especially bad this weekend.

Tomorrow, February 28, 2009 would have been their 50th wedding anniversary.

Mom died May 9, 1996 at age 64.

They were inseparable, two peas in a pod.

I also have a concern about his faith. He is 88 and slowly fading. I don’t feel he is ready spiritually to go yet. He goes to church (Lutheran - I am an RCIA Catholic), but I don’t think he has peace with his faith. He is a very private person and doesn’t discuss deep personal issues.

Prayer about our relationship would be appreciated as well.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the Fruit of Thy Womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen
