prayer needed

For my son-in-law, who was off work for a year, then found a job, and yesterday, he was laid off again. He is depressed.

Hail Mary,
full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the Fruit Of Thy Womb,
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Prayer to Our Lady of Perpetual Help

O Mother of Perpetual Help,
grant that we may ever invoke thy most powerful name,
which is the safeguard of the living
and the salvation of the dying.
O Purest Mary, O Sweetest Mary,
let thy name henceforth be ever on our lips.
Delay not, O Blessed Lady,
to help us whenever we call on thee,
for, in all our needs, in all our temptations
we shall never cease to call on thee,
ever repeating thy sacred name, Mary, Mary._______
"Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done on earth
as it is in heaven."

Lord, may this good soul place all his trust in You and find new work soon. Keep him strong in faith and ever ready to keep positive in his difficult circumstances. May he be completely abandoned to Your will and know that he is not alone in his sufferings but has You by his side with the Blessed Mother interceding for him and a guardian angel to enlighten and guard, rule and guide him. May he find comfort and strength in visits to the Blessed Sacrament and may he spend this time out of work in prayer and spiritual reading and looking for a good job. Please help him find a good job soon and may he frequent the sacraments frequently while looking for work. May he not despair but place all his trust in Jesus, Your Son. Amen.

Dear Nanarose I’m sorry you have this worry for your son-in-law and your daughter. I’ll pray for them both at Mass in the morning, and that your son-in-law will feel in better spirits soon and will find work as soon as possible. May God bless them and you, and give you all peace.

For your son-in-law

I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
Creator of heaven and earth; and in Jesus
Christ, His only Son, our Lord: Who was
conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the
Virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius
Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried.
He descended into hell; the third day He
rose again from the dead; He ascended
into heaven, is seated at the right hand of
God the Father Almighty; from thence He
shall come to judge the living and the
dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the
Holy Catholic Church, the communion of
Saints, the forgiveness of sins, the
resurrection of the body, and life
everlasting. Amen.

Praying hard for him and all the unemployed, my heart goes out to them.
