Prayer Request and Photos from the Missionary Field in Central America

I am a missionary in Honduras, Central America with a group called the Missioners of Christ (MOC) . We work with the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal (CFR) and are dedicated to the evangelization and discipleship of youth. We have youth programs in our neighborhood dedicated to catechesis and we travel to rural mountain villiages going door-to-door teaching the faith and bring Christ in the Blessed Sacrament to them.

My time down here has been incredible and life changing. God is good, God is mercy and God is love! Although these pictures don’t tell half of the story I would like to share them with you all.

The website is done by Kyle, one of my fellow missionaries. To understand some of the photo captions you have to understand that us guys, Kyle especially, have the weirdest senses of humor in the world! Enjoy the photos and God bless you all!

Please remember us in your prayers. If possible, dedicate rosaries, holy hours and Masses for our missions.

Hi Esclavo de Cristo,
I’m new to the forum and just saw your post. Where in Honduras are you working?
I’ll be praying for your mission.

I’ll offer this up in my a.m. rosary

I’ve dedicated my rosary for your mission this morning. :signofcross:

I am praying for your intentions.

Your missionary work has my prayers. :gopray:

Dear, Lord, how delighted you must be that these men have dedicated themselves to Your service. I ask that you bless their work, and bring them tremendous joy through it. Let them be Your hands and Your feet to the people they serve. In Jesus name we pray.

I was in Comayagua Honduras. My time there ended in May of 05’ when I cam back and worked for the mission here in the USA for a year. Now I am involved in a much less compacity but the mission goes on! God is doing incredible things with our ministry and He even used it to transform my faith and my life.

Thank you to everyone for your prayers. God is good and through His Holy Spirit the Church WILL be renewed!

Prayers :gopray2:
