Prayer request for dignified treatment of people with Dementia etc in Australia

I’m asking for some prayer requests,if possible, for the medical profession to change in Australia.

*Particularly for dignified, compassionate and gentle treatment of those with Dementia,Mental Illnesses,Autism,Intellectual Disorders,Genetic Disorders ( and any others similar) who have “behaviour symptoms” due to their illness.
That they would be treated with respect, kindness & patience and with the same characteristics of how Jesus would treat them and that the culture of using restraints or seclusion etc to “control them” would end.
Also for it to be understood-and matter-that these “methods” damage them psychologically and that’s it’s not justifiable to ever use force on them/treat them without dignity due to nurses being stressed,it being an easy option etc…
Also that they receive the same human rights on the same level as other people and children with Autism etc be treated with dignity.

*That the Goverment would pay carers more and come up with incentives that would attract “compassionate caring” type of people into nursing jobs working in these areas.

*For God to make doctors here be humble, kind & patient orientated and remove any arrogance, pompousness, self interest, excessive interest in accolades etc.

*For rapid Medical advances for things that have no cures such as Frontal Temporal Dementia,Alzheimer’s,Severe Schizophrenia,Severe Depression,Autism,Inborn Errors of metabolism causing brain damage, etc…

*For our general community in Australia to welcome, accept and support people who are different and their families.

Thankyou in advance to anyone wiling to pray.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

This is always a problem, at least people are treated better than decades ago,

Praying to the Lord for each of your intentions.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

I pray for the geriatric care given by medical professionals in
Australia, that it would be considered a privilege to treat
old people w/ dignity and that euthanasia would be banned.

Our Father, who is in heaven,
Your name be held holy,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our debts as we have forgiven our debtors,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Praying for all with all.

Prayer for the Community of Mentally Ill

Loving Creator, we come before you because we know that you are a God of love and compassion. We come as people of all creeds and all nations seeking your presence, comfort and guidance. We come as consumers, family members, friends, co-workers and mental health professionals. We come this day because we believe that you, Divine One, love each one of us just as we are and you walk with us on our individual journeys through life. You see the ignorance and injustice that divides and separates persons struggling with mental illness and you weep with us.

Give us courage to face our challenges and open us today to the many ways you are already working in our midst. Help us to identify mental illness as the disease it is, that we might have courage and wisdom in the face of ignorance and stigma. Inspire us as we seek to overcome fear, acquire knowledge, and advocate for compassionate and enlightened treatment and services.

Lead us as we open our hearts and homes, our communities and job opportunities, our houses of worship and communities of faith. Enable us to find ways to be inclusive of persons living with mental illness in our everyday lives. Be with doctors, therapists, researchers, social workers, and all those in the helping professions as they seek to overcome ignorance and injustice with care and compassion.

Sometimes, Divine Spirit, we feel discouraged and hopeless in the face of so many challenges. Help us to see ourselves as you see us…persons of value and worth…persons of creativity and potential. May we come to understand the interconnectedness of mind, body and spirit in bringing about health and wholeness. And may we go forward into our communities with a renewed sense of vision, hope and possibility for the future. Amen.
Amen.

Gracious and merciful Father, please come to their assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end.
Amen.

Beautifully stated.

**I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth;
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead;
He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.
Amen. **
