Prayer request...

#1

Hi.

I’m asking for some prayers. I had a mammogram last saturday, and it’s suspicious. :frowning: There is something on my right breast. I’ll be going for further tests in a few days.

I’m scared. :frowning:

I hope it’s nothing, the radiologist said it’s located where the fibrous tissue is, hopefully it’s just fibrous tissue.

Still scared though. :frowning:

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy,
our life, our sweetness and our hope.
To thee do we cry,
poor banished children of Eve.
To thee do we send up our sighs,
mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious advocate,
Thine eyes of mercy, toward us,
and after this, our exile, show unto us the Blessed Fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

I had a scare like that two years ago--went to the ER for bronchitis and they did a CT scan to make sure I didn't have a blood clot in my lungs, and came back in to say that while there was no clot, I did have a "very small lump" in my left breast that I needed to get checked. I fell completely to pieces. WIthin 2 days I had a mammogram which showed it to be fine. SInce then I have had two more (yearly) mammos, all fine. But boy was it a scary wait! Thank God you are fine as well!
