Prayer schedules

I’m a lapsed cradel Catholic just coming back to the church and I’m trying to setup a good prayer schedule. I have some latent issues from reveling in my sinful life, and want to learn some prayers to help me work on keeping focus until such time as the temptations lessen. Can someone help me with this?

The Hail Mary is good…The Fatima Prayer is Good…The Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel is good…Praying the Divine Office or Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary is good as well…it will give you a structured prayer life…Also, I can’t emphasize how important the Rosary is when dealing with temptations…there are several wonderful prayers that can help yo uwith your struggles…by the way…Welcome back to The Church. Also…I am not sure if you are having struggles with addictions or impurity…but if you are, check out:

It is a really good apostolate for dealing with sins of addiction and impurity.

classic is morning and evening prayer

start with the Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory be to the father.

when you are ready, begin the rosary, even one decade at a time.

learn the act of contrition and pray it every night for help with your ongoing conversion.

Welcome Home, Shadrach! Try the Magnificat Magazine. It has morning and evening prayer, as well as the readings for the Mass each day, hymns and art. It’s small enough to take anywhere.
