Prayer to do well in interview and for peace and discernment

Greeting everybody.

Please pray for me:

For successful interview for Research fellow position in about 7-8 hours from now. I am a bit nervous. First interview flopped due to technical difficulties setting up video conferencing equipment. Today is a second attempt. Have not had good night sleep.

I ask for peace, wisdom, and the will of God.

Thank you

You have my prayers that God help and guide you and those helping you. Best of luck!
Let us know when you start.

Luz Maria

Praying to the Holy Spirit to give you guidance & direction in your interview process.

Greetings, all.

I didn’t check in so couldnt inform you of the time I was starting. I have finished maybe half an hour ago. I am sad, scared. I don’t know if they’ll take me because I clearly made mistakes and did not know everything and the director even asked me about a book I have never read and when I looked perplexed, she advised I read the book as its relevant to my topic. I am also sad because right after the interview, I received bad news from another institution that did not call me for an interview! So this interview I’ve just done really is my sole opportunity at the moment.

I can now only request that you pray that God miraculously give me the job despite my interview. I can’t do much else.

Thank you for prayers.

Praying for you!

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Prayer to St. Joseph for the Unemployed

O Saint Joseph, we pray to you for those who are out of work, for those who want to earn their living or support their families.

You who are the patron of workers; grant that unemployment may vanish from our ranks; that all those who are ready to work may put their strength and abilities in serving their fellowmen and earn a just salary.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! To Jesus! and to CAF members who prayed for me! Thank you to Luz Maria, tawny, wildthing and pollylodges! To all those who didn’t post but prayed, thank you! God has heard you! I got the position. I am so overwhelmed with relief. So long with school and unemplyment, now something has paid off.

God, I offer to you these children of yours who took their time to speak to you on my behalf. I pray that you would grant each of them the deepest desires of their heart, and answer their most desperate prayers. For all those who are seeking employment, I pray that you would answer them with a positive response as you have done for me and lead them to their destinies and the best paths for each one of them. In Jesus Most Holy Name, I ask, Amen!

Our Father,
Who art in heaven,
Hallowed by your name,
Your kingdom come,
Your will be done on eath as it is in heaven,
Give us this day our daily bread,
Forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us,
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from evil.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with you,
Blessed are you among all women,
And Blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus,
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of our death.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,
As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,
World without end.

St Joseph, thank you for your guidance, friendship and intercession!
