Prayers for Bishop Ricard

#1

Last night our diocesan bishop, John Ricard, SSJ, (Pensacola-Tallahassee) had a stroke. According to the latest news, he is in serious condition, though conscious.

Please pray for Bishop Ricard at this time.

My apologies, I did not realize there is a prayer intention forum. Moderators, please move this thread as necessary. Thank you.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the Fruit of Thy Womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

LORD Jesus
Heal ur Son

Lord, please heal Bishop Richard and grant him a full recovery, if that is your will. May he find comfort, healing and strength in receiving you in the Eucharist and in prayer and place all his confidence in your merciful love, surrendered to your merciful love. Thank you, Lord, for hearing my prayer. Amen.

Almighty and Eternal God,
You are the everlasting health of those who believe in You. Hear us for Your sick servant, Bishop John Ricard SSJ, for whom we implore the aid of Your tender mercy, that being restored to bodily health, he may give thanks to You in Your Church. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name. Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

I'm not sure if this is a duplicate thread of another. But I am saying another prayer anyway, just in case he is a different Bishop.

For Bishop John Ricard ...

Hail Mary,
full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the Fruit Of Thy Womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen
