Prayers for Cynthia having peripheral artery surgery later this month

#1

Please pray for our friend’s sister Cynthia who suffers from artery disease in her leg and needs a stint placed. Please pray for her to also quit her addiction to smoking which also damaged the arterial blood to her leg. We ask all these prayers through the intercession of our Blessed Lady and Christ our Lord. Amen.

O Lord, Holy Father, omnipotent and eternal God, I give You thanks and I bless Your holy name. I know I’m a poor miserable sinner but hear a cause that is just, pay heed to my cry, turn your ear to my prayer, no deceit is on my lips. Amen

Heavenly Father,
In this time of need, strengthen her. You are our strength and our shield; You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. I know, Father, that Your eyes go to and fro throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts long for You. The body grows weary, but my hope is in You to renew her strength. Help her not to fear, for You are with her. Help her not to be dismayed or overwhelmed, for You are our God. I know You will strengthen her and help her; that You will uphold her with Your righteous hand. Even as the shadows of illness cover her, let her feel the comfort of Your strength. Thy will be done. Grant this through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, forever and ever. Amen.

Lord Jesus, hear our prayers for Cynthia. Amen

Dear Lord, we ask, first and foremost, that You be with Cynthia during her surgery. Guide the hands of all the medical people who with be assisting her. Also, Lord, please strengthen her so that she can give up smoking. Surround her with people who can support her. In Jesus name we pray.

Hail Mary,
full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
