I ask for your prayers as I go forth after my recent confession and try and live a better life. I struggle with chastity, kindness, humility, and temperance and being clam and I ask for your prayers so that I may overcome my downfalls.

Jesus, Help Me Prayer

In every need let me come
to You with humble trust, saying:
Jesus, help me!

In all my doubts, perplexities,
and temptations:
Jesus, help me!

In hours of loneliness,
weariness, and trials:
Jesus, help me!

In the failure of my plans and
hopes, in disappointments,
troubles, and sorrows:
Jesus, help me!

When others fail me,
and Your grace alone
can assist me:
Jesus, help me!

When I throw myself
on Your tender Love
as a Father and Savior:
Jesus, help me!

When my heart is cast
down by failure, at seeing
no good come from my efforts:
Jesus, help me!

When I feel impatient,
and my cross irritates me:
Jesus, help me!

When I am ill, and my head
and hands cannot work and I am lonely:
Jesus, help me!

Always, always, in spite of weakness,
falls, and shortcomings of every kind:
Jesus, help me and never forsake me. – Amen

Remember,
O most gracious Virgin Mary that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, Implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
inspired by this confidence, I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in Thy mercy hear and answer me, Amen.

Merciful God,

Like all men and women who follow Jesus, I seek reconciliation and healing, and the grace to live the Beatitudes in my life.

Jesus commissioned the repentant Magdalene as messenger of His resurrection to His chosen male apostles. He left no trace of reproach or curtailment of vocation in Peter’s life despite Peter’s triple betrayal and desertion of Jesus in His ultimate ordeal, though He had warned, “If you deny me before men, I will deny you before my Father in heaven”.Jesus only required Peter’s triple declaration of love to reinstate him.

You forgive all repentant sin, including mine. Grant that I honor Your love and mercy by loving You above all, and caring for others with practical and prayerful love even when this is difficult.
Grant me discernment in my kindness to others, and healing where my impetuous goodwill has caused injury.

My efforts are just ordinary choices in the passage of moments and days of my life in a physical world. All holiness and grace issues from You. Therefore God, I give You what I have—my daily efforts, and myself and ask You to love through me. Please constantly grant me Your strong, loving Spirit so that I rest faithfully in Your tenderness and Your divine will, whatever happens, however difficult—or however wonderful.

Thank You for loving and pardoning souls, pardoning me, and help me, help us to live in love and truth
Please bless my new beginning with floods of enduring grace.

Dear Jesus, in Your name I ask that you please grant Footprints’ simple wish to grow closer to you. I have confidence that you will run to meet them and embrace them with loving arms. Please keep them by your side and gently encourage them on the right path.

Blessed Mother and St. Joseph, please encourage the OP as you would help one of your own family members, with love and wisdom, and please pray for them on their journey.

Thank you. Amen.

Added to today’s Rosary intentions
God bless

THE LITANY OF HUMILITY

O Jesus! Meek and humble of heart, Hear me.

From the desire of being esteemed, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the desire of being loved, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the desire of being extolled, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the desire of being honored, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the desire of being praised, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the desire of being preferred to others, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the desire of being consulted, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the desire of being approved, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the fear of being humiliated, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the fear of being despised, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the fear of suffering rebukes, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the fear of being calumniated, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the fear of being forgotten, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the fear of being ridiculed, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the fear of being wronged, Deliver me, Jesus.

From the fear of being suspected, Deliver me, Jesus.

That others may be loved more than I, Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it.

That others may be esteemed more than I, Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it.

That, in the opinion of the world, others may increase and I may decrease, Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it.

That others may be chosen and I set aside, Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it.

That others may be praised and I unnoticed, Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it.

That others may be preferred to me in everything, Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it.

That others may become holier than I, provided that I may become as holy as I should, Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it. Amen

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.
