Prayers Needed Now

#1

Please pray as soon as possible for my daughter, Lesa, she is at a job interview right now and really needs a part-time job. She is on disability and barely makes enough for a place to live or food. Also that they don’t increase her rent much if she gets a job. The government doesn’t want these people to have enough to make it. If they make a little money they find a way to take it away.

She is bi-polar and this is her first job, if she gets it in two years. She might not be able to work for long, we never know, but I can’t afford to keep helping her.

Although she is on medicare she is still charged for services and medications. It is like people who are disabled are in a rock and a hard place. If they try to help themselves they are punished by the system. I really don’t understand why when someone is trying to better themselves they are discouraged from doing so.

Thank you so much again for your prayers.

Yours in the Hearts of Jesus and Mary

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Lord, God, Who have graciously chosen St. Dymphna to be the patroness of those afflicted with mental and nervous disorders, and have caused her to be an inspiration and a symbol of charity to the thousands who invoke her intercession, grant, through the prayers of this pure , youthful martyr, relief and consolation to all who suffer from theses disturbances, and especially to those for whom we pray.

Lord, please help Lesa get this job, or another better job. Through the intercession of St. Dymphna I pray, protect Lesa and provide for her always.

We beg You to accept and to satisfy the prayers of St. Dymphna on our behalf. Grant to those we have particularly recommended patience, in their sufferings and resignation to Your Divine Will. Fill them with hope and, if it be in accord with You Divine Plan, bestow upon them the cure they so earnestly desire. Through Christ, our Lord, Amen.

====
I also know someone who is bi-polar and so I know how tough it can be. I’ll keep praying for Lesa & you!

I’d look into some work incentive programs through the SSI law, there is actually a program to help people with disabilities to put money away while still keeping their medicare and their SSI incentive coming in, it’s not much, but every little bit helps, and the laws surrounding how people with disabilities are something that I’ve been praying for for quite a while (I’m in school to be a special education teacher) but I will definitely keep your daughter in my prayers. Pm me if you’d like some more information on the work incentive program that I mentioned.

Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and Blessed is the Fruit of Thy Womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Lord God, please, if it be Your Holy Will, grant this woman peace from her mental illness, and an ability to provide for herself or find a means of provision. She has taken on this illness not of her own accord, Lord, and I beg You to relieve her suffering. Console her parents and family, who care and worry about her so much. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord, I pray. Amen.

St. Benedict Joseph Labre, pray for us.
St. Dymphna, pray for us.

Here goes my prayer
